This machine is ideally suited for production of universal motor armatures
like misc. portable tools,pumps auto electric motors etc.
The standard machine consist of a adjustable winding head. Any special
armature (i.e. skewed) can be accommodated by merely changing the
winding head.
The number of turns are controlled with a electric preset counter
the main drive is a PMDC motor and winding speed is 1500 RPM.
The tensions is designed to handle wire gauges from 22 swg to 38swg.
The indexing and looping is manually accomplished.
Special attachments for armature with hook type commutators are available

This machine is ideally suited for rewinders. It can wind universal
motor armatures (mixer,portable tools,pumps etc.) and ceiling fan
stators. The armature winding head is adjustable so is the head for
ceiling fan. The machine can handle wire gauges from 22 swg to 38
swg. The number of turns are controlled with an electronic preset
counter. The mode selector switch allow you to select the armature/ceiling
fan mode. This controls the direction of winding for ceiling fan automatically.
The main drive is PMDC motor and the winding speed is variable
from 0 to 1500 RPM, The machine is easy to use and due to its
rugged designed virtually maintenance free.

This is high productivity machine ideally suited for production of
ceiling fan stators.
The machine consist of two winding heads mounted on a table. One head
winds the main set of coils while other winds the actually sets set
of coils
The winding heads are designed as per your stator. The wire is guided
through highly polished ceramic tensions and guides. The stator is
indexed manually with a ratchet arrangement.
The main drive is given by a 0.5 HP 3 phase motor ( one for
each spindle) which allows a maximum winding speed of 2000 RPM.
The no of turns / winding direction is controlled with a preset electronic
counter.
The machine is rugged and easy to operate with minimum maintenance. |
