About MMC ELECTRIC COMPANY PVT LTD (MMCECPL)
:-
Established in 1992 MMCECPL began manufacturing high quality
motors and electrical windings machines. MMCECPL has full fledged
manufacturing setup in Belgaum, Karnataka State.
In 1989, MMCECPL began its operations as a manufacturer
of electric winding machines in Mumbai.
In 1991 we diversified into PMDC Motors initially for
our in house consumption
( for our electric windings units )

Location :-
The factory is located in Belgaum, Karnataka state with a shop floor
of 6000 Sqft. and separate testing and design facilities, MMCECPL
has managed to introduce a large numbers of designs

Employees :-
The Employees at MMCECPL go through a training program before being
introduced to the actual manufacturing process. Our dedicated vendors
/ suppliers assures that we maintain our quality and deliveries every
time. Our sales cum administrative office is located in Mumbai. A
service team operates from Mumbai to provide prompt
services to customers in North India while service team
in Belgaum manages the service in south India

Design :-
At MMCECPL we continuously monitor & upgrade our process,design
& equipment to ensure that we always improving the product
as we believe there is always a scope for improvement. All our
designs are CAD generated,standardized & Implemented to
maximized efficiency.
Any special requirement can be supplied with with minimum
lead time.
Manufacturing & Testing :-
At MMCECPL we have stringent QC standards for incomming
raw material which go through sampling and detailed testing.
All our raw material are procured from standard manufacturers.
In process quality checks are performed from point to point
with a special attention to a critical process. Each motor
is run for a minimum 45 Mts. on full load & each of the
specific parameters are recorded. In addition to the routine
tests,specialized test can be generated as per your needs.
